Private psychedelic-assisted breathwork ceremony begins with a brief but thorough medical and psychological screening to ensure your safety, help set intentions and to determine dosage. The ceremony takes about 3.5 hours where I will first honor the space and the energies of the directions, then explain the entire breathwork process, detailing how it works and what to expect.

 

Following this, I will serve a specially prepared homemade cacao mixture to which, you will add the predetermined quantity of psilocybin. As per your agreement with me in our pre-screening, I will serve anywhere from zero to 1+g of psilocybin as a microdose. We will then engage in movement and dance, focusing on bodily expressions to ground and center the body.

 

After this, it is important  to rest to allow the medicine to communicate with the body prior to the active breathwork process. Active breathwork can feel a little challenging as it may be difficult to focus. You will be encouraged to keep breathing to create increased levels of DMT. When active breathwork is complete, I offer a guided meditation and personal integration time. To complete the ceremony you are invited to share some of your experiences to anchor the gifts received. A 1 hour somatic integration follow up call  1-2weeks following the ceremony is included in the cost of the ceremony.

What is generally experienced is that people do not even feel the microdose of psilocybin until they begin the Breathwork and then they REALLY feel it for the brief amount of time. After completing the Breathwork experience people then return back to the microdose state.

During the active state of Breathwork clients can experience a more full awareness of the psychedelic state. Sometimes this can result in emotions coming to the surface. I will be there and can help as agreed prior to ceremony.
