It is important to allow ourselves the space to experience this medicine in its entirety so I'm going to ask you not to partcipate in any cannabis 12-24 hours prior to class.

You must be 21 years old and over to participate in Cannoga or you may attend with your parent and their permission is necessary.

It is important to come with an intention about how you want to feel, what you feel that you need to let go of, and what you want to bring in. You may want to bring a journal to write down rapid downloads that may come during class.

Bring a yoga mat, props that you may need, a little blanket or towel for your knees, a block or pillow, a light blanket to cover yourself and maybe some water or juice.

Try to restrict any interruptions by separating yourself from other household experiences that may be occurring at this time. Just give yourself the space to be truly present for this class.

Let me know of any injuries prior to class that may be occurring so that I can help you individually to modify the poses or to help you receive the same expression in alternate pose.

Please make me aware of any health concerns, recent surgeries, unmedicated heart or breathing concerns, unmedicated panic, anxiety or psychosis.

Also, please inform me of any recent big T or little T trauma that you may have experienced recently or otherwise.

By signing this form, you are stating that you are aware that you are medicating yourself with cannabis to participate in gentle yoga class. You are giving full permission to explore this medicine on your own terms. All host, places, host owners, space holders, and co-facilitators are completley exempt from litigation action, that is result of this ceremony.
